  1. What’s your record for the most donuts you’ve made in one day?
    • Answer… 10,000 at 1 location
  2. Do you ever share your recipes?
    • Answer… Not for our main donut BUT we have for donuts of the month to get people excited.
  3. Has Joey ever driven a donut truck over the speed limit?
    • Answer… HAHA we both have! These lil trucks love rolling through town fast 😊
  4. Can we give you a custom decorating theme for our catering event?
    • Answer… At this time, we are limited on what we can do with our kitchen space but we can certainly try!
  5. HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT? 
    • Answer… Check out our form and pricing info on the ‘Catering’ tab. The company email is eat@simplydonedonuts.com.
  6. WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF SPRINKLES (FOOD TRUCK) 
    • Answer… Length: 25′   Width: 10′   Height: 11′ 
  7. HOW SOON SHOULD I RESERVE SPRINKLES? 
    • Answer… The sooner the better! Food truck season runs April to Dec. and it fills up!
  8. WHAT TYPE OF OIL DO YOU FRY IN? 
    • Answer… Canola Oil on the food trucks
  9. DOES YOUR MIX CONTAIN PEANUTS? 
    • Answer… No, however, our mix is prepared for us in a facility that may process nuts at some point. Chopped peanuts are a regular topping offering for our donuts. As such they are located on the topping tables and we cannot guarantee that they have not migrated during the topping process. 
  10. DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OR VEGAN DONUTS? 
    • Answer… No 
  11. WHY CAN YOU ONLY ORDER 1 FLAVOR FOR 4 DONUTS AT THE DONUT TRUCK 
    • Simply put, it adds significant wait times at events & the truck is built for speed. It takes longer for people to decide, then to take the order, and then for us to make it. I promise we aren’t mean people, but we put this in place so you wouldn’t have extreme wait times. The same thing applies to our 16 and 24 count boxes. With a 16-count order you can get 4 flavors, 24 counts you can get 6 flavors when ordering in person. Larger orders not available at all events. Making mini donuts to order is hard work, but it’s worth it!
  12. OTHER ALLERGIES? 
    • Answer… Our regular donuts contain wheat gluten, dry milk, and egg yolks. 
  13. ARE YOUR DONUTS HOT? 
    • Answer… We don’t guarantee hot donuts but if your timing is right, you may catch us making a fresh batch (like Krispy Kreme) 🙂 We do decorate to order to maintain freshness in the toppings. Keep in mind, we stop making donuts about 30 mins before closing to get through what we have on hand.
